Registration and Free Content
OTV provides free access to most of its content. Registration as a member is free. Your identity is not disclosed to any third parties without you permission (see OTV's Privacy Policy elsewhere on the Site).
Premium Video Service
OTV's premium video service is called Cinema Holistica. You can pay to watch a single Cinema Holistica program within a 24-hour period or you can subscribe on a monthly or annual basis to watch all Cinema Holistica programs. Under normal circumstances, barring technical problems accessing the particular program you paid to watch, such purchases are non-refundable.
OTV will bill your credit card or PayPal account one time for purchases of a single show. Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time, which will stop at the end of the end of the then-current billing cycle. You will be able to continue watching premium videos until the end of the monthly or annual billing cycle.
To cancel your subscription, log into your account and go to Cinema Holistica Subscription. Click on the MENU tab and then click on the UNSUBSCRIBE button.
Cancellation of OTV Newsletter
Your subscription to the OTV Newsletter may be cancelled by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of each Newsletter.
Use of Health-Related Materials

Creative Submissions/Communications
OTV is constantly developing and producing video and other content for use on the Site and elsewhere. By submitting a proposal for video or other content, you are acknowledging and agreeing that your proposal may be similar or identical to projects being developed or produced by OTV and release OTV from any and all liabilities. Unless OTV requests in writing that you submit your specific proposal, you may submit your proposal by complying with the requirements set forth at the Content Submission link located at the bottom of the Site.

Shopping
ShopOTV.com offers products being sold by both OTV and by third parties. OTV assumes no liability, implied or otherwise, as to the products' merchantability nor fitness for a particular purpose. By purchasing products from third parties, you agree to comply with the Terms of Use stipulated by such third parties. All products are sold "as is" without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OTV BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT SOLD ON, BY OR THROUGH THIS SITE.
With respect to products sold by OTV, you agree that OTV's sole and exclusive maximum liability arising from any product sold by OTV on the Site shall be the price of the product ordered.
Shopping Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return a product you purchased directly from OTV, OTV will refund the price of the product only if you return the product to OTV within thirty (30) days of your purchase. The product must be shipped to OTV using tracking and delivery confirmation. If the product is defective, OTV will refund the purchase price and all shipping charges, including return shipping. If you are returning the product for any reason other than defective merchandise, OTV will refund only the purchase price and taxes, if applicable.
If the product is defective and you wish to exchange it for the same product, OTV will replace the product at no cost and refund your return shipping charges.
If you wish to return or exchange a product purchased from a third party, you agree to do so in accordance with that third party's refund policy. Although OTV shall not be liable in any way for such transactions, we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
Cancellation of Shopping Orders
In the event a product purchased directly from OTV is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error received from its suppliers, OTV shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. OTV shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, OTV will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify OTV's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of OTV's offer to sell. OTV reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. OTV reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $500.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. OTV may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
OTV may automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders. Otherwise, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to you.
